Lauren Carty
Lauren is a life long resident of Chambersburg, PA, an artist, local educator and yoga enthusiast. She began her yoga practice over 20 years ago and having realized the amazing benefits sought out her own certification as an instructor. She completed her 500 hour teacher training and has loved every moment of it.

With over 800 teaching and training hours completed, Lauren is currently enrolled at Maryland University of Integrative Health to complete a Master's Program in Yoga Therapy.  With this degree, Lauren will be able to more completely integrate her knowledge into helping others.  She has also completed her Level 1 training in iRest, which is a healing modality that the VA hospitals use treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

In May of 2017 she will begin her adventure with Thai Yoga Massage.

She is very committed to growing and learning more about yoga’s mind, body and spiritual benefits. She had longed to be able to open her own studio to have the freedom to create the kind of environment she felt did not exist in other studios where she taught, one that incorporates art, yoga and an energy of healing.  She was able to make that a reality at the end of 2013 with the purchase and renovation of the Lotus Moon building in downtown Chambersburg.

Michael returned to Chambersburg in 2011 where he reconnected with Lauren. He and Lauren started dating and focused their energies on helping the revitalization of downtown Chambersburg. Melissa Russ
It is my honor and privilege to connect people to their loved ones who have crossed over to the Spiritual Realm and who are in the Divine Light. Your loved ones welcome the opportunity to connect with you, to deliver messages of love and healing. They also want you to know they are still connected; they haven’t left you because they have transitioned to the Spiritual Realm. Mediumship readings are a beautiful experience. Your loved ones will infuse me with their personalities, thoughts and emotions that were intrinsic to them here in the physical world, so you can validate it is them! If they were a boisterous personality here, then they will be boisterous also when they connect. There is never any judgment for us here, readings are filled with love, laughter, forgiveness, and peace. This is my passion and joy, and I take my job as a medium seriously and with integrity. The reason I request by appointment only is so I can meditate and focus on your energy before a reading. Please contact me by phone call or text at 717.977.1745, or email at You may also check out my website at
Thank you and blessings to you!

Becky Fitz
Becky began practicing yoga in college as a way to manage stress and aid in recovery during track season. She relied on DVDs to teach her the basics, as the thought of actually walking into a yoga studio and practicing with others was terrifying! After five years of the same DVDs, she finally worked up the courage to take a live class, and immediately felt a strong connection to the yoga community. In 2016, she decided to elevate her yoga game and signed up for a 200-hour teacher training course at Jala Yoga in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Under the guidance of Christa Mastrangelo-Joyce, she worked to expand her practice and discovered how to introduce an environment of learning for her prospective students. As a licensed Athletic Trainer, she has a strong background in anatomy and uses this knowledge to assist her students during their practice. Becky looks forward to welcoming you to her vinyasa flow style classes, where she aims to link the breath with movement while developing strength and cultivating calmness.
Tracie Cline

She believes that yoga encourages you to be the best person you can be on and off the mat. She will begin her 200 hour yoga teacher certification training this September 2017. She is excited to begin her teaching journey and welcomes you to join her in her hatha and vinyasa flow style classes linking breath with movement, developing strength and flexibility, and bringing awareness to the mind and body. When she isn’t doing yoga, she loves to spend time with her dog, Mia, go on hikes, take beach trips, and spend time with her boyfriend, friends, and family. “May the space between where I am and where I want to be inspire me.”
