Tammie took one of her first yoga classes over 15 years ago and has been involved with the fitness and health industry ever since. Tammie is a certified zumba, kickboxing and group fitness instructor. She is beginning her yoga fitness and pilates certification trainings. She believes that yoga encompasses not only physical challenges but mental and emotional growth. Tammie continuously practices meditation and learning to be present in any given moment.
