Tracie was born in Waynesboro, PA and currently resides in Chambersburg, PA. She graduated from Shippensburg University with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2015. Tracie has been practicing yoga for about six years. She began taking classes consistently when she started college in 2011 and fell in love with the practice and yoga community. She believes that yoga encourages you to be the best person you can be on and off the mat. She will begin her 200 hour yoga teacher certification training this September 2017. She is excited to begin her teaching journey and welcomes you to join her in her hatha and vinyasa flow style classes linking breath with movement, developing strength and flexibility, and bringing awareness to the mind and body. When she isn’t doing yoga, she loves to spend time with her dog, Mia, go on hikes, take beach trips, and spend time with her boyfriend, friends, and family. “May the space between where I am and where I want to be inspire me.”
Tracie Cline instructs the following:
Most forms of yoga in the West can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. The word “hatha” can mean “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. This is a wonderful class for beginners and also experienced practitioners. The more you practice, the deeper you can go into your postures or asanas.
